30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition as received — unused and undamaged
- In original packaging where applicable
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Digital downloads or e-books
- Items clearly marked as Final Sale
- Items damaged due to misuse by the customer
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at ukbookgram@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
We replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival. Email ukbookgram@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number — we'll sort it straight away.
